You must abide by the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China when you use the service, and you should agree that you will not use the service to carry out any illegal or improper activities, or else Easy Tour will take necessary measures to your account according to the agreement and the relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to notifying you to correct, suspend the use, cancel the account, etc., and any loss caused by this shall be borne by you. VI. Intellectual Property Rights and Other Legal Rights

If you have a consumer dispute or your legal rights and interests are damaged in the process of booking and using travel products and services, KOENLOY PTY LIMITED will provide you with mediation service according to the law, but KOENLOY PTY LIMITED cannot promise the mediation result. According to your application, we will also provide you with the main information and contact information of the service providers of travel products according to the law.
4.
Failure to exercise or execute any rights or provisions of this service agreement does not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights or rights.
5.
If any provision of this Agreement is, for whatever reason, wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
